WE3a – Centaur with Spear

This is a miniature pack from our range of Wilderness Encounters, denizens of the tangled forests, desolate moors and fetid swamps of your fantasy gaming campaigns.  Many are benign, and willing to assist brave adventurers as they explore the wilds; but many more are malicious and powerful foes.

This model represents a centaur; a wild and capricious man-horse creature of myth, often found in bands, roaming grasslands and forest glades.  They are usually friendly to groups of adventurers, until they do something they might regret!  This figure is depicted attacking with a spear.

This model was a joint effort.  Bob Souter sculpted the horse body, and Matt Bickley modified it and sculpted the human torso section.  It is a multi-piece casting (3 parts), so some assembly is required.  It stands at 38mm tall to the eyes, and is cast in pewter.  This model is supplied with a 40mm round plastic slotta-base.

All our miniatures are sold unassembled and unpainted.
