WE39 – Griffon

This is a miniature pack from our range of Wilderness Encounters, denizens of the tangled forests, desolate moors and fetid swamps of your fantasy gaming campaigns.  Many are benign, and willing to assist brave adventurers as they explore the wilds; but many more are malicious and powerful foes.

This model represents a griffon; a horrible predator of mountain and moorland.  They are part lion, part giant eagle, with a rapacious appetite for horse-flesh.

The model was hand-sculpted by Drew Day-Williams.  It is a multi-piece casting (3 parts), so some assembly is required.  It stands at 37mm tall to the top of the head, with a wingspan of 88mm, and is cast in pewter.  This model is supplied with a 50mm round plastic slotta-base.

All our miniatures are sold unassembled and unpainted.
